In 24 hours, 566 people tested positive for corona virus, 8 deaths were reported, and the number of active cases rose to 8,353, NCOC said

ISLAMABAD: The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) has released the latest data on corona virus. According to the data released by the NCOC on Monday, 566 cases have been reported in the last 24 hours. The corona virus tested positive and 7 patients died of the virus in hospitals and 1 patient died at home during quarantine.

During the last 24 hours, 28,887 tests were carried out on Code 19 out of which 9,700 were tested in Sindh and 9,700 in Punjab. 9,528 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 3,726 in Islamabad, 3,544 in Islamabad, 1,179 in Balochistan, 502 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 708 in Azad Kashmir. So far, the number of people recovering from COD-19 has reached 296,022 across the country. In Azad Kashmir and Balochistan, no patient of COD-19 is currently on ventilators, while for CoronaCode-19 across the country. There are 80 patients on 1,912 ventilators. There are 8,353 active cases of COD-19 across the country. The number of people infected with corona virus in the country is 310,841 out of which 2,661 in Azad Kashmir, 15,092 in Balochistan, 3,681 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 16,470 in Islamabad and 37 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

There are 701 patients, 99,219 in Punjab and 136,017 in Sindh. The death toll from COD-19 across the country is 6,466 out of which 2,492 died in Sindh while 5 patients of COD-19 died in the hospital during the last 24 hours while 1 patient died during quarantine at home. In Punjab, 2,231 patients died of the virus in the hospital during the last 24 hours, 1,259 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 181 in Islamabad, 145 in Balochistan, 87 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 2 in the last 24 hours. Patients died in the hospital from the virus, which has caused 71 deaths in Azad Kashmir. So far 34,49,541 tests of COD-19 have been conducted across the country. 681 patients are undergoing treatment in 735 hospitals allotted for treatment of COD-19 across the country.
